How Does a Texas Mortgage Refinance Work?

A mortgage refinance in Texas works pretty much in the same manner as in the rest of the USA except that the cash-out mortgage refinance transactions in Texas have to comply with the A6 law. This law stipulates that a borrower can take a cash-out refinance in Texas for only up to 80% of his equity in the property.
