Customer Service Executive- Loan Process

Job description

  • Selling of different financial products through Tele Calling, candidates will be responsible for educating clients on services offered.
  • Premium secondary database would be provided for Tele-Calling for the team.
  • Products to handle - LAP, LRD, Home Loan and Balance Transfer.
  • We serve all the MNC Banks with best interest rates to customer.
  • Office Based Job (NO Field Work)

Desired Profile

  • Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in tele marketing / tele sales of home loan, personal loan, insurance, mutual funds.
  • Good communication skills (English Speaking compulsory)
  • Must have basic knowledge of banking, finance and insurance industries.
  • Result oriented and good in customer relationship.

Sales Executive - Loan/DSA Process

Job description

  • Responsible for Sourcing of Home Loan, Loan against property and unsecured loans.
  • Accountable for company sourced as well as own sourced targets.
  • Co-ordinates with banks and customers to ensure timely completion of documentation.
  • To upgrade knowledge on Product, Policy and offerings in order to train the team.
  • To develop strong rapport with all loan consultants who deals in Home Loan, Mortgage, and LAP and get business through these channels.
  • Login, Issuance and post sales service to both banks and customer.
  • Interacts with existing customers to increase sales of the all products.

Desired Profile
